1Litolinga is a of stiletto flies ( Therevidae, Therevinae) established by Irwin and Lyneborg in 1981. The genus contains two described , L. acuta and L. tergisa, both restricted to the Nearctic Region. A comprehensive revision by Webb (2009) provided redescriptions, genitalia illustrations, identification keys, and distribution maps for both species.
