Oxytelus sculptus

Oxytelus sculptus is a of rove beetle in the Staphylinidae, described by Gravenhorst in 1806. It belongs to the tribe Oxytelini within the Oxytelinae. The species has been documented in the Azores archipelago based on distribution records. As with other members of the Oxytelus, it is a small with the characteristic abbreviated of staphylinid beetles.
