The tribe has been recorded from North America (Canada to Panama, with highest diversity in Mexico and the United States) through South America, with documented presence in Colombia, Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, and Paraguay. Some genera exhibit restricted distributions, such as Pacuvia which is to Chile.
