Distremocephalus texanus is a glowworm beetle in the Phengodidae. The is known by two : 'little Texas ' and 'Narrow Texas Glowworm'. It occurs in Central America and North America. Like other phengodid beetles, it is bioluminescent. The species was described by LeConte in 1874.
