Peritelopsis is a of broad-nosed weevils in the Curculionidae, established by Horn in 1876. The genus belongs to the tribe Peritelini within the Entiminae. At least one , P. globiventris, has been described. Members of this genus share the characteristic broad rostrum typical of Entiminae weevils.
