Chrysodinopsis is a small of leaf beetles in the Eumolpinae, established by Czech entomologist Jan Bechyné in 1950. The genus contains three described distributed from the southwestern United States through Mexico and Central America. Taxonomic uncertainty exists: Chrysodinopsis may be synonymous with the genus Brachypnoea.

Southwestern United States (southern Arizona), Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. -specific ranges: C. basalis occurs in Mexico and southern Arizona; C. cupriceps ranges from Mexico through Central America to Nicaragua; C. curtula is known only from Mexico.
