Helichus striatus is a of long-toed water beetle in the Dryopidae. It inhabits cool, flowing water environments where it occurs on debris and beneath rocks. The species has a broad North American distribution spanning from eastern Canada to the Pacific coast. Two are recognized: Helichus striatus striatus and Helichus striatus foveatus.
