Leptobunus borealis is a of harvestman (order Opiliones) in the Phalangiidae. The species was described by Nathan Banks in 1899. It has a transcontinental distribution spanning Europe, Northern Asia (excluding China), and North America. Like other harvestmen, it possesses a body structure without the narrow waist seen in spiders, and has exceptionally long, slender legs relative to its compact body.
