Neopisinus is a of comb-footed spiders in the Theridiidae, established in 2011 to accommodate previously placed in other genera. The genus contains nine species distributed across the Americas, from the southern United States through Central America and the Caribbean to South America. Two species, N. fiapo and N. urucu, were described as new in the original genus description. The type species is Neopisinus fiapo.
