Curicaberis is a of huntsman spiders ( Sparassidae) established in 2015 by C.A. Rheims to accommodate previously placed in Olios and 23 newly described species. The genus contains 32 species distributed across North and Central America, with the majority of species described from Mexico. The type species is Curicaberis ferrugineus (C.L. Koch, 1836).

Taxonomic History

The was established through a comprehensive revision in 2015. Nine were transferred from Olios, including the type species C. ferrugineus. Twenty-three species were newly described in the same publication. Several synonyms were established for previously described species transferred from Olios.
