Hentzia grenada

Hentzia grenada is a of jumping spider in the Salticidae. It is found in the southeastern United States, specifically in Florida and south Georgia. The species was first described by G. W. Peckham and E. G. Peckham in 1894, originally placed in the Anoka before being transferred to Hentzia. Like other members of the genus, it is a small, active hunter with excellent vision.

Originally described as Anoka grenada by G. W. Peckham and E. G. Peckham in 1894, this was later transferred to the Hentzia. The genus Hentzia was revised by Richman in 1989.
