Identification
Urozelotes can be distinguished from other Gnaphosidae by the combination of: widest between II and III with truncated and ends; presence of numerous long, thin black along the carapace midline and posterior declivity edge; flattened with a long longitudinal thoracic groove; and lightly scopulate combined with scopulate anterior . The uniform light orange leg coloration lacking darker markings also aids recognition.
Appearance
