Holostrophus bifasciatus is a species of polypore fungus beetle in the family Tetratomidae, found in North America. It is the only Nearctic species within the subfamily Eustrophinae that exhibits a distinctive quadrimaculate elytral color pattern. The species was first described by Thomas Say in 1824.
