Idaea pervertipennis is a geometrid moth species in the family Geometridae, subfamily Sterrhinae. Originally described by Hulst in 1900 as Cysteophora pervertipennis, it is now classified in the genus Idaea. The species is known from North America and has been assigned MONA/Hodges number 7107.
