    Eastern Five-striped Kuschelina

    Kuschelina petaurista is a species of flea beetle in the family Chrysomelidae, first described by Fabricius in 1801. It is known from North America and is referred to by the common name Eastern Five-striped Kuschelina. As a member of the tribe Alticini, it possesses the enlarged hind femora characteristic of flea beetles, which enable jumping locomotion.
