Loxocrambus coloradellus
A small crambid moth described by Charles H. Fernald in 1893. Adults are active in late spring and mid-summer, with a wingspan of 17–22 mm. Known from limited records in California and Colorado.
Rhizagrotis stylata
Rhizagrotis stylata is a noctuid moth species described by John Bernhardt Smith in 1893. It occurs across western North America from south-eastern Alberta through the Rocky Mountain and Great Basin regions to at least Arizona. The species includes two recognized subspecies: the nominate form and R. s. arida. Adults have a wingspan of 38–40 mm.
Tristyla
Tristyla is a monotypic genus of moths in the family Noctuidae, established by John Bernhardt Smith in 1893. The genus contains a single species, Tristyla alboplagiata, which occurs in the southwestern United States. The genus is classified within the subfamily Noctuinae, one of the largest subfamilies of owlet moths.
