Amblytylus is a of plant bugs in the Miridae, established by Fieber in 1858. The genus contains at least two described : Amblytylus albidus and Amblytylus nasutus. Members of this genus are classified within the suborder Heteroptera (true bugs) and are part of the diverse mirid fauna found in the Palearctic region.
