Ditaeniella is a of marsh flies ( Sciomyzidae) established by Sack in 1939. The genus contains four described distributed across parts of Europe and South America. As members of Sciomyzidae, species in this genus are presumed to have larvae that parasitize or prey upon snails, though direct observations of Ditaeniella remain limited.
