Hybolasioptera is a genus of gall midges in the family Cecidomyiidae. The genus was described by Rübsaamen in 1916 and is classified within the subfamily Cecidomyiinae. As with other cecidomyiid genera, members are likely to be small, delicate flies associated with plant gall formation, though specific biological details for this genus remain poorly documented.
