Ozyptila sincera is a crab spider in the Thomisidae, first described by Kulczyński in 1926. It occurs across a broad Palearctic range spanning European Russia to the Russian Far East, Korea, and Japan. The species includes three recognized : the nominate O. s. sincera, plus O. s. canadensis and O. s. oraria described from North America. Records remain sparse, with few documented observations despite its wide geographic distribution.
