Robertus banksi is a of cobweb spider in the Theridiidae. It was originally described as Ctenium banksi by Kaston in 1946 before being transferred to the Robertus. The species occurs in the United States and Canada, with records from Alberta and Manitoba in Canada. As a member of the Theridiidae, it constructs irregular, tangled webs to capture prey.
