Neottiura is a of comb-footed spiders ( Theridiidae) first described by Anton Menge in 1868. The genus contains six and one distributed across Asia, Europe, North America, and North Africa. Members are small cobweb spiders that construct irregular, tangled webs. The type species, Neottiura bimaculata, has the widest distribution, spanning from North America across Eurasia to Japan.

The was established by Anton Menge in 1868. Several have been synonymized: N. apicata (O. Pickard-Cambridge, 1872) = N. uncinata; N. nivalia (Saito, 1934) = N. bimaculata; N. pusillata (Roewer, 1942) = N. herbigrada; N. pustulifera (Levy & Amitai, 1982) = N. herbigrada; and N. regia (Drensky, 1929) = N. suaveolens.
