Telamona woodruffi is a in the Membracidae, described by Ball in 1925. Like other members of the Telamona, it possesses a characteristically enlarged and modified pronotum that extends over the body. The species has been recorded from the northeastern United States. Treehoppers in this genus are associated with woody plants and are part of the diverse Nearctic fauna of the tribe Telamonini.
