Oncopsis flavidorsum is a of leafhopper in the Cicadellidae. It has been documented in northeastern North America, with records from New Hampshire, New York, Pennsylvania, Newfoundland and Labrador, and Nova Scotia. The species was originally described by Amyot and Audinet-Serville in 1843. Like other Oncopsis species, it is associated with birch (Betula) plants.
